United agree four-year Schneiderlin deal - reports

A French newspaper claims it’s a done deal.

MORGAN SCHNEIDERLIN LOOKS set for a move to Old Trafford with French newspaper L’Equipe reporting this morning that the midfielder has agreed a four-year deal with Manchester United.

However, United are yet to agree a deal with Southampton for the 25-year old but appear close to securing his services for a fee in the region of €30 million.

United, famously, went six years between 2008 and 2014 without signing a central midfielder but the French international will join Maroaune Fellaini, Daley Blind (at times) and Ander Herrera in making the move to Manchester in the past two years.

Sky Sports even made this handy graphic to show how Schneiderlin will fit in at his new club, should the deal happen.
